Amanda's Family

We got an email from our friend Amanda asking if we could head to McGregor, MN to photograh her extended famiy for an emotional "reunion." Her family had just gotten sad news; her dad had received a terminal cancer diagnosis. We didn't hestitate; absoulely we would make the drive! We arrived at Big Sandy Lodge & Resort and met Amanda's brother and his family and her beautiful parents! It had been more than 9 years since her family had taken a picture together so this was special and important! The session was beautiful - so much emotion in the room and a few tears.

It was such an honor for us to photograph such an important time in Amanda's families lives!!
