Bald Eagles - Nature's Children
Saturday, we headed out with a couple of our good friends for a little adventure. We decided to take a trip to Wabasha and see the ealges at the National Eagle Center. Little fact about myself - I have a total fascination with eagles, so this was a "must-do" on my list! We took the scenic route, which took us along the river and on the drive we saw several eagles in the trees and some sitting on the frozen river. By the time we arrived, we had to go straight to the live bald and golden eagle viewing area so we didn't miss seeing them. What a thrill to see these birds up close! We managed to capture some fun photos and videos of them with our everyday portable Sony α6000. I highly recommend taking a little trip to Wabasha to see these beauties!
