Katie and Jesse
There are some people in life that make you laugh a little louder, smile a little bigger and live just a little better!
Katie and Jesse - a real love story! We had the absolute honor yesterday afternoon to capture Katie and Jesse's beautiful wedding and be a part of their epic story. We were lucky enough to have met Katie back in December, 2014 and felt an instant friendship forming! We worked together on a few projects and bam - a true connection! Then we met Jesse - her best friend and love! (let me just say this, what a handsome gentleman!) We could instantly see the love between them both!
They asked us to photograph their family for holiday cards and had such a great time! Our connection only grew stronger and we were blessed to have met their beautiful kids!
So needless to say, we were so honored that they asked us to photograph their big day!
Wedding day - We arrived at the hotel in downtown Minneapolis and started capturing a few images of the girls laughing and getting ready! Everyone was in great spirits and ready to have fun! We then went down to the lobby bar and with an intimate group of their friends, did a first sighting and it was so great to witness - so much emotion.
The ceremony and party took place at Icehouse Mpls. So many friends and family were there to witness this fantastic celebration between Katie and Jesse.
Best part of the ceremony - the family dance; which was a surprise to everyone! They choreographed a fun dance to Uptown Funk.
All in all, yesterday could not have been more wonderful - the weather was amazing, love was in the air, dancing went into the late night and two special people that we love said "I do"!
