Summer Family Session at Dusk

We've had a stretch of absolutely gorgeous summer weather (mild temps and low humidity) so we were excited to photography Randy and Katherine's family on Friday night!! We arrived early evening so we could photograph closer to dusk and we lucked out - the light was so beautiful!

We started with the entire family and Derby, their adorable dog, in the backyard and then did some shots against the lake as our backdrop and then moved to the front with some fun jumping shots, piggy back rides and fountain portraits!

Everyone did a fabulous job - and held out until the end with their smiles! We were honored to also be able to photograph Kevin, Katherine's son-in-law in his dress blues (Marines)! Thank you for your service!!
