Jeff & Mariah Tied the Knot

We met Jeff and Mariah last year when we shot their engagement/family session - two of the sweetest people around. A couple of months after the session we got an email from Mariah asking if we would shoot their wedding. We were so excited! Fast forward 6 months... the day was finally here.

August 20th, 2016, Brainerd MN.

We woke up to cooler temperatures and big fluffy clouds, almost stormy looking. We took a peek at the forecast and it was predicting 50% chance of rain. Luckily, when we arrived the skies were opening up and we were able to capture the 1st look without issue....then the weather changed. Winds picked up and the rain came. We did some fast thinking and luckily we were able to photograph the wedding party outside for a few and the remainder in their newly built pull shed. When it came time for the ceremony, luck was on their side. The sun came out and they had a beautiful ceremony!

Such a fantastic wedding surrounded by family and friends - love was truly all around. We were so happy to be a part of their special day! Congratulations, Jeff and Riah! Here's to many years ahead.
