The Girls [Minneapolis Fall Family Session]

We met up early this morning with Debbie, Angie, Harper, Hayden and Deedee for some fall family photos! The weather could not have been more beautiful and the light was so soft and lovely! We met them at their house near Lake of the Isles and played hide and seek first with the twins before we headed out to capture several family photos and portraits of the kids.

What does your typical morning look like?

A typical morning in our house would be Debbie wakes up at 6:00 am to feed the dogs and the girls would wake up around 7:00 am, get in our bed and drink their milk, eat bananas and watch about 30-45 minutes of TV while we attempt to get ready for work. We usually leave the house at 8:00 am for work.

What is your favorite family activity to do together?

Our favorite family activity is going on our boat. We love summer and taking the girls boating! We also love just spending time together in the neighborhood with family, pets and all of the wonderful people in our lives.

What is your favorite restaurant?

Our favorite restaurant is Bar La Grassa, downtown Minneapolis.

What music plays in your house?

Our favorite song in the house right now is Can't Stop the Feeling by Justin Timberlake (or who we like to call JT).

What is your favorite winter activity to do as a family?

Our family really likes to go skiing in Beaver Creek, Colorado in the winter!

If you had to compare your family to a famous TV show family, who would that be and why?

The Fosters - Super funny with 2 moms working and trying to raise a family later in life and not your "typical" family!
