Family Fall Session - Elm Creek

We've had a beautiful fall this year and the colors have been wonderful, so we were excited to photograph Michelle and Jason's family on Saturday morning!! We arrived early morning to Elm Creek Park in Maple Grove so we could work with the softer light and we lucked out - the light was so beautiful! We started with the boys running around playing in the leaves to warm up and we were able to capture their natural expressions while they threw leaves on each other and dove into the small piles they put together. We found several lovely areas within walking distance to capture their family photos and with the incentive of hot chocolate, everyone did a fabulous job - and held out until the end with their smiles!
